Tax Deductibility is Retroactive

We anticipate receiving our final 501(c)(3) determination by the end of 2026. Once approved, your gift will be retroactively tax-deductible to the date North Star ALS was legally formed.

We will hold a record of your generosity and will immediately issue your official, dated tax receipt upon receiving our final IRS approval letter. We will notify you instantly when that moment arrives.
